Location: Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour (DOE)

As our Medical Receptionist, you'll help create a positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions

• Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars

• Verify insurance information and collect co-pays

• Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records

• Communicate appointment reminders and pre-procedure instructions

• Maintain an organized, professional front office environment

• Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines

• Work closely with providers and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly

Qualifications:

• Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment

• Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard computer applications

• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team
