In this key role, you will take ownership of setting up, operating, and troubleshooting bulk roll film extrusion equipment to deliver top-quality productsKey Responsibilities:Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain extrusion and material handling machinery per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Quality & Precision Control: Monitor gauges, valves, temperatures, and pressures. Conduct routine tests and inspect product dimensions using calibrated measuring tools.Process Optimization: Identify equipment abnormalities, analyze root causes, and suggest continuous improvements to reduce waste and rework.Material & Records Management: Load raw materials, manage machine controls, unload finished goods, and maintain accurate production logs.Teamwork & Safety: Actively support site safety standards and collaborate across teams to achieve shared production goals.QualificationsHigh School Diploma, equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills.Proven ability to read precision measuring tools accurately.Adaptability to handle shifting production priorities and short-notice overtime.Commitment to safety, open communication, and eagerness to cross-train.Additional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or other protected status.
