Requirements

Required:

3+ years of CNC programming experience
Experience programming CNC mills, lathes, or mill-turn machines
Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
Solid knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
Familiarity with Fanuc, Nakamura, Okuma, or similar CNC controls

Preferred:

5-axis programming experience
Strong proficiency with ESPRIT CAM software is a plus
Background in aerospace, defense, or precision machining
Experience with CAD software and solid models (SolidWorks, STEP, IGES, etc.)
Experience with automation or multi-tasking machines
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
