You will be the visible presence at store entrances/exits, mitigating theft and fraud through excellent customer service and adherence to loss prevention policies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Ensure Safety & Security: Prioritize safety and maintain a secure environment by greeting customers and monitoring for potential safety issues.* Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage customers warmly with eye contact and smiles, answering inquiries in a friendly manner.* Identify and Mitigate Theft: Observe behavior in the store to spot suspicious activity and report theft indicators to store leadership.* Collaborate with Team: Work closely with store leadership to implement loss prevention strategies and train associates on best practices.* Maintain Professional Appearance: Represent the company brand by adhering to the dress code and maintaining a professional demeanor.### REQUIREMENTS* High School diploma or equivalent is required; an AA degree is preferred.* One year of retail supervisory experience or similar training is desirable.* Experience in loss prevention or security is a plus.* Active Security Guard License is preferred.* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.* Must comply with applicable laws and regulations for security positions, including background checks and screenings.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.* Ability to stand, walk, and move for the majority of the workday.* Capability to lift objects over 25 lbs and perform bending, stooping, or crouching as needed.APPLY NOW!
