Product Designer — Design Reasoning

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

micro1 is seeking Product Designers to support a customer project focused on design reasoning and AI training. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document product design decisions and rationale.
Evaluate design solutions, trade-offs, and user impact.
Create and review design documentation and case studies.
Apply product design and strategy principles to real-world scenarios.
Communicate design decisions clearly through structured writing.

Qualifications

3+ years of product design experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
