Your Responsibilities: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure projects are completed effectively and safely. Manage daily crew activities, tracking project progress and ensuring compliance with deliverables. Facilitate clear communication between employees, contractors, vendors, and customers. Identify and address project challenges, developing plans to mitigate risks. Understand and align with business goals while navigating ongoing challenges. Implement effective processes to support project completion. Communicate effectively with company staff, contractors, and customers to ensure task completion. Qualifications Needed: Associates Degree in a relevant field, or 3 years of related experience Prior supervisory or management experience Strong project management skills, including planning and organizing Authorization to work in the United States Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle records check Why Join Us?
