About the Role
The Company is seeking an inaugural Vice President, Ancillary Services to lead and elevate a diverse portfolio of clinical and support services. The VP will be responsible for overseeing essential areas such as the Imaging Center, Lab Services, Rehabilitation Services, Pharmacy, Food and Nutrition, Transportation, Environmental Services, and Emergency Preparedness Services. This role is pivotal in the organization's commitment to exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and innovation. The ideal candidate for this position is a Master's prepared individual with a strong background in critical thinking, a results-oriented leadership style, and a passion for advancing both the patient and provider experience in a complex healthcare environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact within the organization, which is widely recognized for its commitment to clinical excellence and community service. Key responsibilities for the VP, Ancillary Services include strategic planning, program development, and the implementation of best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. The role also involves fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement, and ensuring that all ancillary services align with the organization's mission and values. The VP will work closely with the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to drive operational efficiency and support the overall growth and success of the healthcare system.
