Role Description The Insurance Sales Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Davie, FL. This position is responsible for advising members and prospective clients on insurance products, including auto, home, and other lines, by assessing coverage needs and explaining policy options. The advisor will conduct consultations, prepare quotes, and complete applications, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in sales systems, and collaborating with team members to meet individual and branch sales goals. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, resolving basic billing and policy questions, and supporting members with insurance-related guidance that aligns with AAA’s mission and values. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and skills in Insurance and Finance to effectively explain coverage options, pricing, and policy features. Experience in Consulting, with the ability to assess member needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships, maintaining member satisfaction, and handling inquiries professionally. Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Relevant state insurance license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe). Prior experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related field preferred. Comfort with using CRM systems, sales tools, and standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Davie, FL, meet sales targets, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
