Store Operation Administrator

Summary The Administrator, Store Operations provides administrative and operational support to retail stores to help increase sales and deliver an elevated customer experience. The role coordinates lens and supply orders, supports store systems, and assists with operational initiatives. Responsibilities Manage custom lens replacement requests, track order progress, troubleshoot issues, and monitor stock lens inventory and replenishment. Support retail stores with supplier and distribution center requests, including orders for lenses, warranty items, spare parts, and accessories. Maintain catalogs of office and operational supplies, enter store orders, report inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment. Assist with new store openings, process initiatives, and system improvements. Review missing deposit reports and follow up with stores; troubleshoot delayed customer refunds with accounting. Support stores with Smartly, Omnichannel, and Smart Shopper systems, orders, and shipment tracking. Requirements At least 2 years of high-end customer service experience. Microsoft Office skills and ability to lift approximately 10 to 15 pounds. A bachelor's degree is desirable; equivalent work experience will be considered. Knowledge of luxury optical or eyewear products is preferred. Proficiency in SAP and Kronos is preferred.
