SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions at Anduril Industries (3333 South Susan Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626). Online applications only. Full time schedule: Monday - Friday shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., with occasional nights or weekends as needed. At least 2 years of food service experience required. Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement. Perform other duties as assigned.
