Job Summary

69 Lounge is seeking an experienced Nightlife Lounge Floor Manager to oversee nightly floor operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This hands-on leadership role includes supervising service staff, coordinating table and bottle service, managing guest flow, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a high-energy nightlife environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee floor operations, ensuring efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.

• Supervise servers, hosts, bussers, and bottle service staff.

• Lead pre-shift meetings, assign sections, and communicate service expectations.

• Coordinate with bar staff, security, DJs, and management throughout the night.

• Manage reservations, VIP seating, and table service.

• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues professionally.

• Monitor cleanliness, staff presentation, and compliance with venue policies.

• Support responsible alcohol service and communicate safety concerns to security.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, payment reconciliation, and nightly reports.

• Coach team members and hold staff accountable for service standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous floor management or supervisory experience in a nightclub, lounge, bar, or high-volume restaurant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Familiarity with bottle service, VIP hospitality, and POS systems.

• Ability to make sound decisions and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
