Infant Lead Teacher - $1,000 Sign On Bonus

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our proprietary that draws from the collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey, Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both accredited Montessori methods – (Association Montessori Internationale ) and (American Montessori Society); and progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.

Signing Bonus:  This position in eligible for a signing bonus totaling $1,000, paid in installments as follows: $750 after 90 days of employment and $250 after 6 months of employment. All bonus payments are subject to standard tax withholdings. 

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a loving and attentive Infant Lead Teacher to join our team.

As an Infant Lead Teacher , you’ll have the opportunity to:

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have an awarded associate’s degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services Field AND
• 2 years of previous experience working with children.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States
