About the Position

We are seeking a Pediatric Surgeon for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Illinois, starting Oct 1, 2026. This role involves managing the full spectrum of pediatric general surgery cases within a collaborative environment, offering a dynamic schedule focused on comprehensive surgical care for our client's patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the full spectrum of pediatric general surgery cases.
• Perform the full scope of Pediatric General Surgery procedures.
• Work collaboratively with a team of pediatric general surgeons.
• Collaborate with dedicated Inpatient Advanced Practice Nurses for daytime inpatient support.

Additional Information

• Required Board Certification: Pediatric Surgery.
• An active Illinois medical license (IMLC accepted) is required.
• EMR System: Epic.
• The center is ECMO-certified.
• Work in a Trauma Center with a NICU.
