What You'll Do:
- Operate fryers safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent cooking temperatures and golden-fried perfection for all menu items.
- Monitor food quality, ensuring proper doneness and adherence to company recipes.
- Bread and prepare food items for frying according to established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized fry station, following all food safety regulations.
- Replenish cooking oil and perform routine fryer maintenance tasks.
- Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the kitchen team.
