Remote Hurricane Disaster Relief Agent (Temporary)

MCI is seeking a remote, temporary hurricane disaster relief agent to assist customers with inquiries from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a high school diploma, and be capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This position requires reliability and the ability to thrive under changing conditions. Candidates must submit to a background check and drug screening.
