VES - Veterans Evaluation Services - a private contractor hired by the US Veterans Affairs to conduct medical disability examinations. These examsoften called Compensation and Pension (C&P) examshelp the VA determine service connection and disability ratings for veterans. They are hiring OHC to fill 1 day per week in Uvalde, TX for a General Medicine Nurse Practitioner. This process consists of OHC finding a provider who already has a brick-and-mortar office in Uvalde, TX where veterans can come to them for their exams. The office should be within 25 miles of the city (preferred). Presentations must include the address the provider is coming from.

Requirements needed to present and credential for VES:

• All items listed as presentation must be in the presentation for them to look at the candidate.
• All presentations need to have the address they are coming from as they have to live within a certain radius of the city listed.
• Items listed as credentialing are due within 3 days of being accepted (this is a nonnegotiable process).
• Online training link sent directly to provider after credentialing approves application (approx. 8-10 hrs. of compensated training) MUST be completed within 7 business daysif not they will be deactivating the provider.
• This is paidwe bill $450 for this training.
• Scheduling the provider happens after all trainings and credentialing is completed.
• Virtual pre-exam orientation and 1st exams are scheduled.
