Registered Nurse, 3 East, Cardiac Telemetry, 24 Hours, Nights

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt Hiring Range: $37.51 - $81.95 (final offer may vary within this range based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations). Schedule Details: Holidays – Every Third Holiday, Monday through Friday. Weekends – Every Third Weekend. Scheduled Hours: 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. Shift: 3 – Night Shift, 12 Hours (United States of America). Hours: 24. Cost Center: 10020 – 1410 Nursing 3 East. Union: MNA-University (Massachusetts Nurses Association). Major Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for delivery and management of patient care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment and reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates an individual plan of care including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with the job description and competency level. Documents patient care according to standard procedure. Position Qualifications License/Certification/Education: Required: Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration; BLS required for all RNs unless ACLS certification is current, plus any unit‑specific certifications and competencies. Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Experience/Skills: Thorough knowledge of the discipline of Nursing.
