Operations Lead - Retail Donations & Team Leadership

Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana

Goodwill Industries Of North Louisiana Inc in Holly Ridge is looking for a dedicated member to join its management team. The ideal candidate will support DGR leadership by managing daily operations including donations handling, sales floor activities, and team performance. A high school diploma/GED and experience in customer service are required. The position includes managing audits and ensuring team members deliver excellent customer service.
