This role is responsible for ensuring fidelity to the FFT model, supporting staff development, monitoring clinical outcomes, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational requirements.The Clinical Supervisor serves as a leader within the organization by promoting excellence in service delivery, strengthening team performance, and helping advance the mission of Civitas Health Services.Essential Job DutiesManage and oversee clinical fidelity to the FFT model.Provide individual and group supervision to FFT clinicians and support staff.Collect, analyze, and report program performance, authorizations, outcomes, and quality improvement data.Ensure timely completion of documentation and adherence to company and FFT requirements.Participate in and coordinate FFT consultation activities.Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.Evaluate staff performance and support professional growth and development.Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant clinical records.Ensure program compliance with licensing, accreditation, payer, and organizational requirements.Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with referral sources and community partners.Monitor program outcomes and implement performance improvement strategies as needed.Support operational efficiency, risk management, and service excellence initiatives.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Human Services field.Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) or license-eligible status in Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Resident, Supervisee, or equivalent).Minimum of two years' experience working with children, adolescents, and families.Previous supervisory experience preferred.FFT experience preferred but not required.Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and leadership skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Ability and willingness to provide services in community and home-based settings.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a leader who demonstrates professionalism, initiative, accountability, and a genuine commitment to helping families succeed.
