Job OpportunityTechnology/Role/Department at ClientTechnology is the key differentiator that ensures that client manage client’s global businesses and serve clients on a market-leading platform that is resilient, safe, efficient, smart, fast and flexible.Technology redefines how client do business in global, complex and dynamic financial markets.Clients have a large number of award-winning technology platforms that help to propel client’s Firms businesses to be the top in the market.Clients have built strong techno-functional teams which partner with client’s offices globally taking global ownership of systems and products.Clients have a vibrant and diverse mix of technologists working on different technologies and functional domains.There is a large focus on innovation, inclusion, giving back to the community and sharing knowledge.CDRT is working on the build-out of the next generation documentation platform for onboarding and regulatory process.This will be a single platform offering front-to-back life cycle management for documentation involved in onboarding, regulatory, taxation and contracts negotiation.This platform will be leveraged by stakeholders across sales, finance, compliance, regulatory services, reference data services, credit etc. to manage the onboarding aspects from a single platform providing seamless onboarding experience to client’s clients as well as partners across the firm.Clients have formed number of new agile squads for build out of these functions on the new platform and client need experienced business and data analyst for these squads.Responsibilities:Analysis of business processes to understand current setup, navigating through multiple systems, products and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersConduct user interviews and run workshops documenting current state process and pain pointsPropose and gain consensus on future state processes, focusing on the creation of new centralized teamCreate user journeys and personasCreate business requirements (BRDs) for extension of existing Firm onboarding platforms to support new functions.At times create FRDs (functional requirements)Elaborate requirements and provide support to multiple IT development teams in the implementation of requirementsPresent findings to senior stakeholdersSkills Required:5 plus years business and data analyst experience (preferably in banking)Experience in product-management and playing the product-owner roleExperience in managing multiple stakeholdersExperience in authoring business and functional requirementsExperience with Data and Business analysis tools/tech SQL, Perl/Python, Visio, Rally, JIRA, Boxi, Collibra, Signavio, Excel etc.Experience with Data governance5 to 7 years experience in an Ops / IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.Experience in mapping business requirements to product featuresExperience with BPMN 2.0 process flowsClient Onboarding experience a major plusReference Data experience a major plusUse case documentation a plusAbout Client:Client is a leading global financial services firm providing a wide range of investment banking, securities, investment management and wealth management services.The Firm's employees serve clients worldwide including corporations, governments and individuals from more than 1,200 offices in 43 countries.As a market leader, the talent and passion of client’s people is critical to client’s success.Together, client share a common set of values rooted in integrity, excellence and strong team ethic.Client can provide a superior foundation for building a professional career - a place for people to learn, to achieve and grow.A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of client’s culture.Note:Client’s India technology teams are based in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
