Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Job Title : 3rd Shift Production Supervisor Job Details Location: Plover, WI Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year. Base salary plus 10% bonus eligibility. Manage use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to meet safety standards. Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs. Coordinate with suppliers, managers, and other departments for efficient operations. Implement and control production schedule, reviewing and adjusting as necessary. Determine and implement improvements to the production process. Prepare and maintain production reports. Monitor and control inventory, overseeing ordering and supply chain management. Lead, motivate, and support a large production team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution, and management. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in manufacturing. Proven experience in production management, supply chain management, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of production machinery, processes, and quality control techniques. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of industry safety standards and ability to implement them. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high‑performance team. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to handle a high‑stress environment.
