COBOL Developer
Location: Omaha, NE, Berkeley Heights, NJ, or Frisco, TX
Duration: Full Time
Salary plus benefits
US Citizens and Green cards are Preferred, No 3rd party C2C acceptable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with COBOL Z/OS mainframes
- Write technical design documentation
- Perform on-prem modifications/updates
Skills and Experience Required:
- 10+ years of software development engineering experience.
- Working knowledge in an IBM Mainframe environment - proficient with COBOL, JCL, DB2, and working with IBM Mainframe Z/OS toolsets.
- Experience with SQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, Oracle, IMS CICS, and TSO.
- Experience in technical design writing and documentation.
- Proficient with usage of MS office - Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
- Experience with Azure
Desired:
- Experience with MQSeries
- Experience DevOps
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent
