You are applying to work with a franchisee of Scooter's Coffee. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set own terms of employment, including wage and benefit programs, which can vary between franchisees.
We are looking for positive, friendly, dependable people for a fast paced work place experience. Hiring both morning and evening shift leaders. Pay range from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour including tips; plus quarterly bonus payments for reaching goals. Servsafe food manager certification preferred but not required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques, resolving customer relations issues, and leading the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service experience.
Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by staying calm, managing an efficient team workflow, anticipating customer needs, and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors.
Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales.
Understand and execute cash handling, point of sale system, and operational procedures in an accurate, consistent manner.
Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Serve as a keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures.
Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
