Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support employment and civil litigation matters from case inception through trial, working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and high-quality outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Support tort and employment litigation matters through all phases of the case lifecycle
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, settlement agreements, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence
• Coordinate expert witnesses, depositions, subpoenas, and witness scheduling
• Prepare trial materials, exhibit binders, document productions, and deposition outlines
• Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and records collection
• Maintain case files, manage litigation deadlines, and support electronic document organization
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 5+ years of employment law and/or civil litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures, filing requirements, and litigation deadlines
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and written communication skills
• Experience with legal technology platforms, document management systems, calendaring tools, and legal research software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
