The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's health, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.ResponsibilitiesPatient Care: Assist providers with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, assisting with procedures, and performing tasks such as specimen collection, injectionsMedical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, answer phones, verify insurance, and support front office operations.Patient Flow: Manage patient rooming, communicate wait times, and ensure smooth clinic flow.Patient Education: Provide instructions on medications, treatment plans, and health conditions as directed.Collaboration: Work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other staff to provide seamless, patient-centered care.Compliance: Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and safety standards.Inventory & Equipment: Monitor, stock, and maintain exam rooms and clinical supplies.
