Based in Los Angeles, we specialize in creating high jewelry collections for an exclusive network of fine jewelry retailers across the United States and internationally. We are seeking an experienced, driven, and well connected Luxury Jewelry Sales & Account Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview The ideal candidate has an established background in luxury and high jewelry sales, strong relationships within the fine jewelry retail industry, and a proven ability to grow and manage wholesale accounts. This position combines relationship management, business development, and hands on sales, with opportunities to represent Rahaminov Diamonds at industry events, trade shows, trunk shows, and curated client experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with existing retail partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Leverage an established network of jewelry retailers and industry contacts to expand the company's wholesale presence. Drive sales through proactive account management, strategic outreach, and relationship building. Travel to trade shows, trunk shows, retail partner visits, and special events. Conduct product presentations, sales training, and collection introductions for retail partners. Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs, special orders, and sales opportunities. Foster a collaborative, team oriented environment by supporting colleagues, sharing opportunities, and contributing to the collective success of the company. Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Rahaminov Diamonds with professionalism, expertise, and exceptional service. Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals. Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in luxury jewelry sales is required. Prior experience working with a high jewelry brand is a must. Established relationships and an existing client roster within the fine jewelry retail industry. Strong understanding of wholesale jewelry sales and luxury retail partnerships. Demonstrated success in account management, business development, and revenue growth. Extensive knowledge of diamonds, fine jewelry, and the luxury market. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A genuine team player with a collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to support colleagues and contribute wherever needed. Self motivated, organized, and comfortable taking initiative while working within a team. Willingness and ability to travel regularly for trade shows, trunk shows, training, and client visits. Must be based in Los Angeles and available to work in our Downtown LA office Monday through Friday, except when traveling for business. Competitive base salary plus commission.
