You’ll be stepping into that legacy and making it your own — one client at a time. You will: Learn Active Isolated Stretching through direct mentorship with our founder, who has 30 years of clinical experience and has trained therapists in this modality for over a decade Build and maintain a full client book through exceptional care, consistent follow‑up, and a genuine commitment to each client’s progress Deliver the SYL client experience from first touch to ongoing care — including onboarding, session delivery, handwritten thank‑you cards, and proactive follow‑up Contribute to the culture daily — not as a task, but as a way of being. Client Utilization & Retention Your primary measure is a full, healthy book of clients who stay, progress, and refer. Not just bodies on the table — people who trust you, rebook consistently, and tell others about what you do. Target: 75%+ utilization within your first 6 months, with a rebooking rate that shows clients are choosing to come back. 2. Clinical Excellence You are expected to grow as a practitioner. AIS proficiency benchmarks will be set during your training period with clear milestones. Your hands, your assessment skills, and your ability to produce measurable change in a client’s mobility and function are your craft. We take the craft seriously. 3. Culture Contribution This isn’t a soft metric. It’s observable. Do clients light up when they see you? Do your teammates trust you? Do you follow through on the small things — the cards, the follow‑ups, the attitude on a hard day? Culture is behavior, and we pay attention to it. 4.
