Job Overview:
This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. The position requires reviewing and analyzing multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term challenges that demand in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements. The role also includes contributing to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating strategically with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.
• Develop, enhance, and support AI agents with a strong focus on coding and technical ownership.
• Participate in daily team standups and collaborate closely with developers and architects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong backend Python development experience (5+ years).
• Experience building and supporting microservices-based applications (5+ years).
• Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs (5+ years).
• Experience with MongoDB and vector databases (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI orchestration concepts (2+ years preferred).

Pay Range: $80 - $85
