Mid-To-Senior Level Python DeveloperOur client seeks a mid-to-senior level Python Developer to support enterprise data center migration initiatives with a focus on monitoring tools and AI-driven automation. The role involves building high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing observability and reliability across systems in a regulated financial environment.Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. W2Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using Python and/or Java.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.Utilize monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk Observability, and Elastic to ensure performance and reliability.Apply knowledge of OTEL SPLOC.Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues and provide timely resolutions.Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in AI and machine learning.Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven features and enhancements.Experience Requirements:Proven experience as a software developer with strong proficiency in Python and Java.Hands-on experience with AppDynamics, Splunk Observability, and Elastic.At least 2 years of AI experience in Claude and Cursor; Devin is a nice to have.Linux working experience.Financial services or regulated environment experience.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.Recruitment Transparency Notice:Eliassen Group values transparency in our recruitment practices.
