Our leadership is not distant but right in your backyard, offering a supportive and collaborative environment./ppHours:/ppMonday through Friday - 7a-3p; 3p-11p Per diem/ppResponsibilities Include:/pulliPlanning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations./liliSupervising day-to-day nursing activities to guarantee residents receive top-quality care consistently./liliCollaborating with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts./liliCoordinating nursing activities in alignment with medical requirements, physician directives, and general care plans./liliManaging and directing charge nurses to ensure residents receive proper care./liliAdjusting care plans in collaboration with medical staff to address emergency medical needs./liliIn absence of superiors, RN Supervisor assumes total responsibility for operating decisions required by the circumstances of the moment./liliEnsuring adequate relief staff availability before leaving the facility and notifying residents personal physicians in case of significant changes in their condition or immediate medical care needs./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliThe RN Registered Nurse Supervisor must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing./liliMust have previous experience in a supervisory capacity./liliAttention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks./liliThe RN Registered Nurse Supervisor demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team./liliLong term care experience preferred./liliMust be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care./li/ulpAdditional Expectations: All RN Supervisor positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry.
