Role Description The Estimator role at Extreme Images is a full-time, in-person position in Douglasville, GA. The Estimator is responsible for reviewing project specifications, drawings, and client requests to develop accurate cost estimates for signage projects. Day-to-day tasks include calculating material, labor, and installation costs; requesting and reviewing vendor quotes; and preparing detailed proposals for customers. The role involves collaborating with sales, design, and production teams to clarify project requirements, timelines, and scope. The Estimator also updates and maintains pricing data, tracks project changes that affect cost, and supports project planning to ensure jobs are delivered within budget and on schedule. Qualifications Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications for signage projects. Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills for calculating material, labor, and overhead costs. Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft 365) and comfort learning new systems. Effective communication skills to collaborate with sales, design, production teams, vendors, and customers. Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing estimates, proposals, and documentation.
