Why You’ll Love This Opportunity Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Join a respected healthcare organization focused on outstanding patient care Work with Epic EMR and enhance your healthcare experience Supportive, collaborative team culture Opportunity for long-term career growth in healthcare What You’ll Do Managing 75+ inbound patient calls daily in a busy healthcare call center Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments with accuracy and efficiency Utilizing Epic EMR to document patient interactions and maintain accurate records Answering patient questions and providing exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism Coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure patients receive the support they need Maintaining up-to-date patient registration and demographic information Meeting productivity and quality goals while delivering outstanding service Multitasking across scheduling systems, Epic, and phone platforms with confidence Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting ongoing process improvements What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications Epic EMR experience (required) Previous medical scheduling experience in a healthcare setting Customer service and/or call center experience Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Medical receptionist or healthcare front desk experience Experience in orthopedic or specialty practice settings Familiarity with healthcare scheduling workflows Proven ability to build rapport with patients and create positive experiences Work Environment You’ll be part of a fast-paced, energetic healthcare call center that plays a critical role in supporting patients and providers. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
