Pest Control Technician

We are a fast growing Pest Control company based in New Castle, Delaware looking to hire seasonal employees. Job can potentially turn into a year-round job.

The Position : We’re looking for a full-time service technician. Pay starts at $20/Hour or 15% commission on serviced accounts, whichever is higher in any calendar month.

Requirements:

A clean driving record is REQUIRED
Must pass a background check
A minimum of 5 year’s driving experience with a valid license.
Must be at least 21 years old
Responsibilities:
Running a daily route servicing new customers and resolving customer’s concerns
Maintaining equipment in proper working order
Must be able to do simple math for mixing/recording products
Working Monday through Saturdays. Some days we require you to work from 8am until 7pm.

Communication skills, both with customers and the office
Work with and understand how to use an iPad
Reliable and Punctual
Problem solving skills
Treat everyone with dignity and respect
Ability to earn more than the hourly rate
Company vehicle to take home every night
Paid training. We will also pay for your licensing
