Pest Control Technician
We are a fast growing Pest Control company based in New Castle, Delaware looking to hire seasonal employees. Job can potentially turn into a year-round job.
The Position : We’re looking for a full-time service technician. Pay starts at $20/Hour or 15% commission on serviced accounts, whichever is higher in any calendar month.
Requirements:
- A clean driving record is REQUIRED
- Must pass a background check
- A minimum of 5 year’s driving experience with a valid license.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Responsibilities:
- Running a daily route servicing new customers and resolving customer’s concerns
- Maintaining equipment in proper working order
- Must be able to do simple math for mixing/recording products
- Working Monday through Saturdays. Some days we require you to work from 8am until 7pm.
Other Important Skills
- Communication skills, both with customers and the office
- Work with and understand how to use an iPad
- Reliable and Punctual
- Problem solving skills
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Ability to earn more than the hourly rate
- Company vehicle to take home every night
- Paid training. We will also pay for your licensing
