Sales Administrator | Fresno, CAJoin a Growing Team as a Sales AdministratorOur client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales operations, inventory management, accounting functions, and administrative processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of sales documentation, inventory records, invoicing, logistics coordination, and customer support activities.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage inventory records, sales documentation, and related system data.Process invoices, purchase orders, and inventory transactions with a high level of accuracy.Prepare and coordinate DMV documentation, VIN verification, and warranty registrations.Coordinate truck transfers between locations, customers, and vendors, including dispatching local drivers.Review vendor invoices and provide support to Accounts Payable functions.Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer service needs.Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting teams while helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.Qualifications2+ years of experience in administration, sales support, accounting support, AP/AR, or related fields.Dealership, trucking, automotive, transportation, fleet, or heavy equipment industry experience strongly preferred.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Experience with Karmak, Soarr, Arcadium, or similar business systems is a plus.Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
