As a Product Manager II within PNC's Digital Workplace & Technolgoy organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, Strongsville OH, or Denver CO.The Product Manager II will support the strategy, roadmap, adoption, and ongoing management of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform products. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver capabilities that improve employee productivity and business outcomes. Responsibilities include developing product roadmaps, creating presentations and executive materials, driving user adoption, developing communications and job aids, supporting training and enablement efforts, gathering user feedback, and partnering with Engineering on product enhancements and issue resolution.Key Qualifications & Skills:• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience developing presentations, communications, training materials, and job aids• Product management knowledge, including roadmap development and strategy• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration• Experience driving product adoption and change management initiatives• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI• Understanding of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis role serves as a key liaison between business users, product teams, and engineering partners to ensure successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Leverages knowledge of emerging technologies to develop a business case, business plan, and roll-out for less complex products or initiatives through all applicable channels.Analyzes product, technology, and market trends and third party requirements as necessary, to develop and design innovative features of new and/or existing products or enhancements. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of less complex products or initiatives, and recognizes, anticipates and resolves operational and process problems that arise.Works with internal and external partners including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and may participate in client-facing activities throughout the product lifecycle. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs as necessary.Monitors and analyzes business results of recently introduced or existing products, coordinates reporting, and may recommend modifications to improve results. Drives business, financial and customer experience results for less complex products and initiatives and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.
