About the Position

Zack Group is currently seeking Physical Therapy - PT Physical Therapy ’s for positions in Gold Beach , Oregon . The ideal candidate will possess a current state or equivalent compact license. This is a 4x10 days, 08:00:00-18:00:00, 10.00-4 position in the Physical Therapy - PT . Must have an active License in hand and have at least 2 years of recent Physical Therapy - PT experience as a Physical Therapy .

Requirements

• Current Resume

• Active or Pending State License as an Physical Therapy - PT

• Current BLS and/or Specialty Certifications for Physical Therapy - PT

• 2 current leadership references, 1 current co-worker

• Must be able to pass background/urine drug screening
