Role : COVEO Platform Support Engineer

Location : Irvine, CA

Job Type : Long term Contract

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L3 production support for Coveo Search and Relevance Cloud platforms.
Monitor search performance, indexing processes, and data synchronization.
Troubleshoot search relevance, indexing failures, content ingestion, and security permission issues.
Administer Coveo sources, query pipelines, machine learning models, connectors, APIs, and search interfaces.
Support integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, SAP, and custom applications.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Manage incidents, service requests, changes, and releases within defined SLAs.
Maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform and Administration Console.
Knowledge of crawling, indexing, facets, ranking, and search relevance optimization.
Experience with Coveo APIs, REST services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and log analysis.
Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Azure Monitor.
Strong ITIL, incident management, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
