Member Wellness Outreach Specialist

Elderplan is seeking a Wellness Outreach Specialist in Little Ferry, NJ to improve health outcomes for our Medicare plan members. You will facilitate outreach activities, organize events, and deliver programs that educate members about their health plan and services. In this non-clinical role, you will support member education and health plan awareness and assist during HEDIS season under the Senior HEDIS Coordinator's guidance. #J-18808-Ljbffr MJHS
