Operations Lead

Operations Lead – Final Mile Delivery Operations Location: Lockbourne, OH Pay: $22.50/hr Pay Type: Full‑Time / Paid Weekly Shift: 5:30am – 2:00pm Schedule: Monday – Friday Responsibilities Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records. Providing real‑time route support for drivers. Providing support to retail clients and end‑user customers. Supporting load‑out, inventory tracking, and escalating customer service inquiries. Moving production with warehouse, breaking down packaging materials, and performing general warehouse functions. Monitoring calls and de‑escalating as needed. Overseeing all paperwork associated with orders and maintaining corresponding files. Maintaining a current procedure book for the customer service jobs and functions. Acting as a liaison between operations and the customer, administering accounts, and handling credit charge discussions. Coordinating special customer requests with transportation and operations departments, expediting orders as necessary. Compiling statistical information from manifest data and preparing related reports. Leading daily dispatch execution, including planning, delivery, and monitoring of assigned loads, drivers, and equipment to meet customer requirements. Maintaining a good working relationship with customers by answering inquiries and complaints regarding shipments, inventory counts, etc., courteously and efficiently. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Three (3) years or more of customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or home delivery preferred.
