The Legal Counsel (Claims) will analyze and help resolve pre-litigation disputes, oversee litigated claims, and partner with business leaders on claims handling. A firm understanding of construction law is preferred, along with 5+ years of litigation experience. The role also involves managing outside counsel and collaborating with various teams to identify and mitigate business risks.
