Mechanical Designer

This manufacturer designs and builds custom technical products out of metals. They are growing and looking for a mechanical designer. This person will join a drafting/design department of four, in Zelienople, PA. A minimum of an Associates Degree, with classes in Drafting/Design. Proficiency with 3D design software, SolidWorks is highly preferred. Able to use AutoCAD LT 2022. Needs to be able to detail designs and work well with the shop on more complicated modeling. Experienced with 3D scanning. Salary range 52- 65K depending on skills and experience. Weekly work schedule of Monday- Friday 8am- 4.30pm. On site in Zelienople, PA. You need to be able to commute to work in the Zelienople plant 5 days per week. We are looking for someone who can travel to US customer locations (a lot of the customers are in the mid west), with a sales manager once a month. This would be an overnight stay of 1-2 days.
