Foreclosure Specialist

To support a growing legal practice, the full-time New York Foreclosure Legal Assistant will manage administrative tasks related to the foreclosure process, including drafting legal documents, updating client systems, and providing support to attorneys in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Consistently update the firm's internal case management system and client systems Provide exceptional customer service and timely status updates to clients Conduct legal research and draft legal notices, Summons, and Complaints Required qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma; an associate degree is preferred At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in foreclosure Experience with drafting legal documents and pleadings Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with case management software Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred
