LIHTC Leasing Specialist - Resident Housing Expert
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate in Summerville, SC to handle leasing, marketing and positive resident relations. You will sign leases, process applications and collect deposits while promoting community amenities. Responsibilities include showing model apartments, maintaining clean common areas, following HUD/Fair Housing rules, and managing move-ins/outs and recertifications.
