Together.SummaryDLA Piper is seeking a junior associate to join its Corporate practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising sponsors, developers, investors, and financial institutions on complex energy, infrastructure, and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, project development, project finance, joint ventures, and strategic investments. Experience with renewable energy, energy transition, tax credit transactions, and cross-border matters is preferred. Candidates should have strong drafting and negotiation skills, immediately transferable experience, and excellent academic credentials from nationally recognized law schools. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
