Business Systems Staff AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: 03 Months (09/21/2026 through 12/31/2026)Duties:Collaborates with IT Labeling/UDI and Business Labeling leadership to continually review and refine the systems strategy that enables the organization to be as effective and optimized as possibleCaptures business requirements and initiates new IT projects and enhancements based on those requirementsLeading the analysis and requirement gathering efforts related to the system by communicating clearly and concisely with both business and technical individualsCoordinates projects of small to medium complexity from ideation through all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) – initiation, planning, execution, and closingApplies principles, concepts, and practices of IT Service Management (ITSM), PMLC, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protectedFlexing to other tasks as problems or other opportunities ariseSkills:Experience supporting IT solutions and Large IT projectsExperience integrating data and/or transactions between applications including Data Modeling, Governance, and Data QueryingExperience preparing business requirements documentationExperience with ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC concepts and practicesAbility to work successfully remotely/virtually and as part of a geographically distributed and organizationally diverse teamAbility to quickly adapt to changing organizational needs and business prioritiesDemonstrated interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills; appropriately shares viewpoints and encourages the free exchange of information and opinions across all levels of the organizationEducation:Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 12 years of relevant experienceAt least 4 years of experience utilizing formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC processes and tools in an IT role
