Leasing Associate (Stamford)

Summary of Position:

A motivated, outgoing individual who is a natural salesperson who relates to people and executes the leasing and marketing goals of the company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meet, greet and qualify prospective residents, conducting community tours, showing apartment homes, processing applications, credit screening, and preparing the lease and move-in package to ensure a smooth resident experience. 
2. Stay up to date regarding the market and competitor conditions
3. Follows-up with future residents/customers to ensure satisfaction by sending e-mails, videos, texts and thank-you notes to close the transaction. 
4. Responds quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, 
5. Complete various internal administrative reports.
6. Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications-Education and experience; 

1. Minimum of one year of experience in sales or marketing. 
2. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. 
3. Proficiency in executing sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects and closing.
4. Literate with computerized word processing software.
5. Proficiency and fluency in using social media for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances.
6. Must have a valid state approved driver's license.

Full-time, in-person in Stamford, CT
