Overview Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant position in Oakland, California. The role supports licensed PTs by working with patients recovering from injuries or illness. Responsibilities Assist patients in developing range of motion, strength, and functional mobility. Provide therapeutic interventions under physician guidance. Manage a caseload of 40‑60 patients and treat approximately 12‑14 patients per day. Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active California PTA license upon assignment start. Basic Life Support certification may be required. Preferred experience in SNF settings and with NetHealth or PCC EMR. Experience managing long‑term and short‑term SNF patient populations. Assignment Details • Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility

• Shift: Days (8‑hour shifts)
