Job Description

Order Entry / Professional Assistant

JET Technologies, a multi-faceted corporation focused on plastic CNC fabrication and Thermoforming / Vacuum Forming, located in Elkhart, IN has an immediate need for an Order Entry / Professional Assistant Professional.

Requirements :

Enter all incoming orders in a timely and efficient manner, including printing and organizing of appropriate paperwork
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance order entry efficiency
Manage customer emails and phone calls promptly and communicate regularly
Utilize customer portals for entering and maintaining orders
Work closely with Sales Team, Accounting and Management
Weekly reporting of sales, order entry and open orders
Complete USMCA filings and other compliance requests as needed
Scanning and filing of Work Orders
Cross-train and provide back-up for other support positions
Other tasks as assigned or as needed

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to multi-task and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment
Work and effectively communicate with all levels of personnel and management in a manufacturing environment.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
Serve as the face of Jet Technologies to all customers
Previous experience with Order Entry and AS400 system is extremely helpful but not required.
Intermediate level skills with Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Outlook and Excel
