Relationship Banker - Elm Grove, WI

Wintrust, a $66billion community‑banking institution, is looking for a full‑time Relationship Banker to join its Chicago branch. The role focuses on building customer relationships, supporting daily bank operations, and collaborating with specialized partners. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify their financial needs. Recommend products and services that align with customers’ goals. Collaborate with Mortgage, Wealth Management, and other business partners to connect customers with specialized experts. Manage teller drawer and serve customers in the lobby/drive‑up. Open and maintain accounts, including digital products. Detect potential fraud and other risks. Perform bank opening/closing duties as required by the shift schedule. Support community and bank events. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial service, or sales. High school diploma or GED (required). Intermediate computer skills.
