About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Mission Officer (CMO) to lead its Mission Services division. The CMO will be responsible for the operational, financial, and strategic success of the division, with a focus on achieving mission-related goals and objectives. This senior leadership role involves providing vision, and coordinated direction to drive growth, innovation, and community impact. The successful candidate will be the champion of the job seeker and community experience, fostering a culture of employee engagement, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The CMO will also be tasked with expanding outreach to employers, job seekers, and community partners, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused services. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have an MBA and a minimum of 11-15 years' related experience, with 9-10 years in a management role. The role requires strong business acumen, knowledge of emerging workforce and educational trends, and an entrepreneurial approach to developing innovative solutions. The CMO will be expected to develop and manage annual operating and budget plans, cultivate positive relationships with partners, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Essential skills include communication, mathematical, and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic and operational management, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to lead and supervise a team. Extensive travel and a valid driver's license are also necessary for this position.
